Automated vital sign collection and analytics
smartQare’s viQtor wearable biosensor provides 24/7 monitoring of respiratory rate, heart rate, and oxygen saturation from a hospital general ward or from a patient’s home, and feeds the data to the Philips Guardian solution and EMR. All data is collected and registered automatically. This eliminates the need for manual collection and entry of data, which gives back time to nursing staff to focus on direct patient care.
Trending insights based on minute-by-minute monitoring
Instead of saturating clinicians with minute-by-minute data, viQtor synthesizes all of the data points into trends and integrates the trends into Philips Early Warning Scoring (EWS), where advanced algorithms are used to send notifications that will allow timely intervention.
